Last week, we managed to stick to the meal plan pretty well. The chicken pies are always a hit; so I’ll be posting the recipe on the blog soon so that you may try them too! I also posted the recipe for my Slow Cooked Beef and Winter Vegetable Stew with creamy mash and homemade dumplings, which was utterly awesome! A real winter warmer.
This week A is out for a couple of meals as part of his work’s Christmas celebrations and a day session on Saturday, so the meals planned reflect these. Also, this week is my last week teaching my Tap dance class on Wednesday before our Christmas break so need a quick tea on Wednesday too.
So here’s our meal plan for the week:
Ohhh Curly fries….I have some of them in the freezer! May have to have them tomorrow instead of normal chips with our sausages and beans! hehehe
Everything sounds fab x
They were really yummy! Thanks Kim x
Haha I also love curly fries, I’ve not had them in ages!
They’re our chip of choice here 😉
You just cannot beat cheesy beans on toast! I love how specific you are – going as far as the type of chip 🙂 x
Cheesy beans are the best! On thick brown toast with real butter… mmm… x
