Meal Planning Monday 12/01/2015

Last week, we started to make changes to our lifestyle to become healthier.  Hubby started going to Pilates, Yoga and the gym and I started teaching Tap dancing again at my weekly class.  Yesterday we went swimming as a family and O had a great time – something I’d love to do more of on the weekends!

Following last weeks plan, I managed to lose 2.25 lbs and hubby A lost 9 lbs!  
We’re really pleased with how we’ve done, and so we’re planning all our meals for the week again.  There are a few spanners in the works this week in that Tuesday and Wednesday this week, A is away with work.  He will continue to choose the healthier options, but this might knock him back a little.  Also, we’ll be attending a funeral on Thursday, so not too sure of the options for lunch.  A is out for a meal with a friend on Thursday evening so it’ll just be me and O again on Thurs tea-time.  It’s also my Nana’s and Mum’s birthdays in the next couple of weeks so hoping to tie those together and have Sunday lunch out with the whole family!
So here goes Week 2 of 2015; our clean(er) eating plan:
