It’s Monday again! Last week, we managed to stick to the plan pretty much to the detail. Really pleased! I enjoyed a weekend away with a couple of awesome girl friends, so didn’t really stick to the clean eating thing all that well… So I haven’t weighed myself this week! A has done really well again though, losing a further 4 lbs, bringing his total weight loss down to -18 lbs! All very proud, as you can imagine!
So this week, we’re a bit all over the place again. A is away from home Monday until late Thursday, and I have tap class on Wednesday which means O will be staying at his grandparents house on Wednesday. On Sunday, A and I are off to Manchester to see Phoenix Nights Live and so we’ve got a 3-course Sunday Dinner booked at James Martins’ restaurant! Lucky me! I can’t wait… Here’s the plan for this week:
