I am *so* excited to join the party at Britmums Live 2015… My first blogging conference! I’ve been blogging on and off for around a year and a half, but more consistently since August 2014. I’m really looking forward to meeting other bloggers, many whom I’ve tweeted with and built up online friendships.
I thought I’d formally introduce myself to the Britmums Live 2015 crowd using the Britmums linky, and so onto the questions!
Height: 5’8″ – although I could be wearing my boots, which would put me at around 5’11″… Although, going from others’ testimonies from previous years, I may end up slumming it in my Converse all weekend!
Hair: I have brown hair… and it’s really curly… Like, really curly.
Eyes: Green eyes, usually sporting a pair of Red or Dead glasses!
Is this your first blogging conference?: Yes! I’m so excited, but so nervous too! I’ll be hanging on to my friends coat-tails on Friday until I find my feet!
Are you attending both days?: Yes, I’m staying at a nearby hotel with Donna from What the Redhead Said. If I’m coming from Cumbria for one day, I might as well stay for the full shebang!
What are you most looking forward to at Britmums Live 2015?: I’m really looking forward to meeting everyone! I’m not too sure which sessions I want to sit in on just yet – although I definitely would like to learn some photography tips.
What are you wearing?: I have absolutely no idea! I think it depends how warm it’s going to be – either jeans and converse/boots or a skirt with sandals! It’ll give me an excuse to have my toes painted 😉
What do you hope to gain from Britmums Live 2015?: I’d like to learn as much as I can! I know a bit about blogging, but still have plenty to learn. As I mentioned earlier, I would love to learn more about photography as I have very little knowledge in this area. I also hope to build lasting relationships with other bloggers and brands, to diversify the content on my blog.
Do you have any tips to pass on to others who may not have been before?: Nope, because I am one of those newbies! I’d love to hear everyone else’s tips though, so please do leave me any in the comments!
