It’s been a while since I’ve blogged our meal plan and there’s been a couple of reasons for this. Mainly, I haven’t really had much of a plan!! Also, being unable to blog properly for a while has hindered my ability to type due to a bout of ULD but now I’m back to it now we’re home from holiday.
The last time I wrote a meal plan, my husband and I were on a weight loss mission and doing quite well. Unfortunately, my sickness led us to eating unhealthy convenience food because I could barely hold a fork, nevermind cook a good meal. The weight we had lost has crept back on and so we are back to square one.
This week, I’m reviewing a selection of Cinnamon Kitchen curry sauces exclusive to Waitrose for the Eat Your Heart Out food blog so they feature heavily in my plan! Also, I’m off to Britmums on Friday until Sunday so I’m leaving those days out to be filled in by A.
