Meal Planning Monday – 29-06-2015

This last week has been another busy one and so it’s a short meal Planning post from me today!  I had a great time drinking cocktails in the city on Saturday – although I’ve been suffering a bit since!

This week, we’re off to a fancy dinner on Tuesday with some friends for an outdoor performance of Shakespeare’s The Taming of The Shrew.  It should be good – the place looks really fancy – and it’s a good excuse to get dressed up.  Wednesday night, A is out with work for tea so O and I will be tucking into a pizza as it’s his favourite tea and we don’t have it very often!  A is also away at the races on Saturday so it’s O and I for the day.  Not sure what we’re going to do as it depends on the weather really…  But we’re spending the day with my best friend (O’s Godmother) so it’ll be a bobby belter whatever we do.

Day Breakfast Dinner Tea
Mon Bacon & Egg Sandwich Leftover Fajitas Tortellini with Garlic Bread

  1. I’m impressed that you plan breakfasts and lunches too! I only ever think about dinners and stick to same old cereal/fruit and yoghurt for breakfast and sandwiches for lunch.

    1. Thanks Rachel! I’d get bored if I didn’t mix it up a bit – and bread doesn’t really agree with me if I eat a lot of it. Proper breakfasts fill me up more so it prevents me snacking through the morning xx

  2. Rather impressed with you planning all of your meals. Breakfast and lunch as just so predictable here – cereal then sandwich! Have a great weeks

  3. Your breakfast always inspire me 🙂 not got round to doing them myself yet, but someday soon…! All looks delicious, hope you have a fun day with your friend xx

  4. I love that five out of seven of your breakfasts are bacon – I love bacon too 🙂 I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone be so organised with meal planning. I definitely need to think about planning lunches more often. Sounds like a great week. Hope you’re not suffering anymore after Saturday. Have a fab week .x

    1. I only do it as it costs a fortune to buy lunches at work every day – it’s much more cost-efficient to either have leftovers or prepare something yummy myself 🙂 x
