The last few weeks have been spent eating what we can pull together, with only a plan of a few days ahead. This is mainly because both Q and I have been in and out of hospital since the beginning of March. Now we’re on the mend and I’m trying to get back into a routine of sorts (well, as much as you can when you’re breastfeeding on demand).
We’re still continuing to follow the Extra Easy plan that Slimming World promote so our meals will still centre around that. This is the last week that hubs is still off work too so we’ll probably make the most of having two pairs of hands and have some dishes that take a little longer or more effort to make. I dare-say that next weeks meal plan will be a little plain!
So this week, we’ll be having:
Monday – Chilli and Rice
Tuesday – Fish with Spaghetti and Vegetables
Wednesday – Baked Bean Lasagne
Thursday – Cottage Pie
Friday – Chicken and Bacon Risotto
Saturday – Chicken Stir Fry
