This week we have hubs home most of the week with just one night away! Woohoo! We’ve got a few things going on this week too wish O going to friends houses and his friends coming here for tea after school. Q also has his first immunisations tomorrow, so I’m preparing myself for a couple of days of unsettlement.
This week, we’re trying to get back to eating cleanly or at least with low fat options where we’re going for a cheat. So lunches will be mainly leftovers or salads and our evening meal plan is:
Monday – Lemon and Rosemary Chicken with Potato Salad
Tuesday – Baked Salmon with Vegetables
Wednesday – Gammon with Egg, Mushrooms, Tomatoes and Beans
Thursday – Pepperoni Pasta Bake
Friday – Pizza for the Kids / Fry Up for us
