This week has flown by! We stuck to our menu pretty well apart from the weekend where it all went a bit ‘Pete Tong’. I went off on a spa day on Sunday with a few of my close family and it was lush. I felt so relaxed when I got home that I had to go to bed early, I was so tired! It was my first ‘day off’ since having Q 7 months ago and I definitely needed it. I feel like a new person today!
This week is going to be pretty rushed so we’re scaling it back again on meals. We’re going away at the weekend and then on to Disneyland for a few nights. I am so excited but I have everything to do to prepare for it! I have only just started writing my list of things to pack as I always forget something otherwise…

Tuesday – Spaghetti Bolognase (freezer)
Wednesday – Pizza and Curly Fries
Thursday – Chilli Con Carne (freezer)
